Facilitation is what I do. Bring people together to build community, make decisions, set long-term goals, shape a shared vision, solve conflicts and get sh*t done. I aim to offer you tips because everybody has to attend some kind of meeting. No need to hate them. Learn to love them with adequate facilitation.
